I believe Xixo got canned due to poor performance, but that's probably just speculation.

It's hard to remember that these teams are a business structure rather than a band of friends playing for fun.

Why isn't zalae kicked then yet? He often plays terrible in tournaments.
And next to that, i find it weak to kick someone for that, but then again your right. It's a team not friends.
Still don't see big fuss, you don't always win.

In my country, there is a law saying that any employee must get a notification of some sort before being fired. And that notification must be a while before the actual fireing happens so the person can get time to have a chat about whats wrong and how to improve. If he doesnt, then its out. If he does, but not enough, its out. If he does and stays improved, he cant get fired.

Im guessing this is not like this? Even if they do act and behave as a serious "company" or "business". Any employee should be treated as a human and equal even in something so cruel as being fired.
And didnt this happen when Lifecoach got canned for obvious sniping in a tournament aswell? I know what he did is a offense and should get canned for it, but Amaz said publicly that he is supported then just hours later he turned and gave him the boot.... Not really serious from a leading person of a "company"

Amaz released a statement. Apparently Xixo got fired because he didn't mesh well with the team. Not surprising, he comes across as a major tool when you watch him stream or at tournaments. Most of Archon is filled with pretty cool social people. He also doesn't stream with any consistency so that's a lot of lost revenue and brand exposure there.

Not really sure why Purple got fired. But he was really only Archon's "coach"(like you need a coach for this game)so maybe they felt he wasn't worth the salary anymore.
