Probably for the same reason that women's volleyball has an audience and men's doesn't. I've seen a lot of women's collegiate V-ball on ESPN, can't recall a single men's match. This despite the action being significantly better in the men's game. Wonder if men age 18-36, the main demographic companies market to would rather look at bouncy females than males..

You would be surprised how much a lot of women's sports/arts/modeling are watched by women, not men.
Women hold the most spending 'consuming" power of both sexes, they are the ones who buy the most, watching fashion shows etc, its mostly women.
This is why I can go to Primark, theres 4 big floors, 3 are exclusively womens clothing, the mens floor is underground and is shared half-half with baby clothing.

She's still earning far more than most people will ever earn throughout their lifetime. Resources are finite so I can't bring myself to worry too much about whether a very wealthy individual should be receiving even more money than they're getting at present. She may be talented but...in an ideal world it would be people like doctors, nurses, police and firefighters who receive a lot of money for their work - not people who play sports.
