wow what bosses are needed for mannorath

What bosses need to be completed to go to manny? All of upper citadel? can i skip iskar/any other bosses?

Assuming you haven't completed either of Khadgar's "skip" quests, and assuming we're talking normal/HC not LFR, you need to kill everything else before you can access Mannoroth.

A more complete answer:
- Assault is prereq for Reaver
- Reaver is prereq for Kormrok and Council
- Council is prereq for Kilrogg
- Kilrogg and Kormrok are prereqs for Gorefiend
- Gorefiend gets you access to upper citadel
- Socrethar is prereq for Velhari
- all of Velhari, Xhul'horac, Zakuun and Iskar need to be dead to get the portal up to Mannoroth.

Once you kill Gorefiend four times, though, you can skip straight to upper citadel on that difficulty and access the next quest; with the next quest, once you kill Mannoroth four times you can skip straight to his platform in future, though unfortunately not straight to Archi.
