Oh my CO2-Transmission madness. (aka the hate against the Dutch petrolheads)

I was happily reading the newspaper (well not happily about this immigrant crisis, which I wont reply to, because I don't like a ban -my feelings about it are quite right-winged, wierdly enough- and the whole privacy destroying anti-''grondwet'' (lost the english word for it) law in the making for the AIVD and MIVD apart) when I saw this little gem, about CO2-Transmission reduction of 25% and the course of action needed to get it to the goal.
Warning its in dutch, im sorry:

Basically: To reach 25% less CO2 Transmissions from 2015, the dutch government should limit highway speeds from 120/130km/h to 100km/h, and from 100km/h roads to 80km/h + adding a kilometer based Tax. (which is fair but abit privacy destroying I reckon).

    Any opinions?
Personally for me a reason to really think about emigrating away from the Netherlands, Which I wouldnt like, will miss most of my family and friends, that is, if they really do it (Which I doubt) - I love driving decently fast, rawr! <3 German Autobahn

If you generally like your country, you definitely shouldn't move just for a principled political reason. Leaving is very petty when you should stay and fight to change your country back. You can always drive to Germany in your free time.

If you generally don't like your country overall, then yes go to a different country that better fits your views.
