    University of Berkeley scientists questioned a small grouping of thirty nine young adults to your difficult learning activity designed to give their memory capabilities a workout. Whilst the other team remained awake two hours later, half the party took a ninety minute nap. Again, both communities were expected to master a brand new set of learning abilities. Which class did? The adults who napped after the first learning job increased the second time around to their Brain Booster Pills and storage capabilities, as the party who remained conscious had more understanding and storage difficulties.
