[Tech help] Suddenly high ping, after reconnection , it is back to normal

Hey guys, in the last few days, I have experienced that my ping goes up to 230-250 and it stays there. BUT if I reconnect, it becomes normal again 50-70. But only if I recconect. If I dont, it stays 230-250 till the end of the game. I have never ever had any kind of latency issues like this before. Sorry for bad englando.

I'm by no means an expert, but what have you tried so far to fix your issue? Anything from restarting your router, flushing your DNS, changing your DNS, or contacting your ISP could fix the issue. If you make a list of what you have tried it'll be easier to suggest something new.
