Upgrade from MSI Nvidia GTX 650 (no ti / no oc)

Hi, so a few days ago my graphics card stopped working and I've been thinking about upgrading it. I mostly use it for work and sometimes to play CSGO and H1Z1, but I'd like to buy one which allows me to play other games, at least in low quality.
The amount of money I'm willing to spend is 150-250€, so it doesn't have to be an ultra upgrade, since the other components aren't that good anyways.

    My computer specs:
    - CPU: Intel Core i5 3570 @ 3.40GHz
    - RAM: 8GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (i have 3 free slots)
    - Motherboard: Gigabyte H77-DS3H
    - Power Supply: Wiretec 005-600W. To connect to the graphical card it uses a 6 pin.

The graphical card should have a VGA output or a convertor should be included in the budget.
The sizes should be the same as the 650, 15x12'3x4cm more or less
    Any recommendations?

Thank you and tell me if you need any more info!
