New Build for 1.3k range

First time posting on this site and I would like some help in building a new desktop.

Here is the following list; any help is much appreciated.

Budget: $1,300 to $1,400
Resolution: 1080p
Games / Settings: Ultra with at least 60 fps on new demanding games as of September 2015
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): No
Country: USA
Parts that can be reused: Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Speaker
Do you need an OS?: Yes (Windows 10)
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? No, I have those from my previous build, I also have a new tower for this build. I have an NZXT H440 Razer edition.

You have a few options. You can go for a gtx970 for 1080p but you can fit a gtx980 for 144Mhz/1080p monitors or 1440p in the future. You can even almost fit an i7 with a gtx980 if you wanted to.
