This all compatible/a good build?

Building a PC for my friend, it's been awhile since I built mine. Just want some assurance that this is all going to fit each other.

Everything is compatible but suggest looking into INTEL MOBO/Processor, will be spending couple of extra bucks but worth it for the buck.

Reason for is because i almost had the similar build a couple of months back and the MOBO really sucks ass. Died twice in less than a year. Processor is ok'ish but add 50 or so and you could afford intel i5. Which is much better for performance.
