Stark Industries was founded in late April of 2010 as a World of Warcraft community guild for Preach Gaming. Since then we have grown massively, providing an environment where members can access all that the game has to offer.
Our aim is to complete all current content at the highest possible level, while only raiding 3 nights, allowing raiders to enjoy other areas of the game. In a sense Stark Industries offers the best of both worlds; End-game progression raiding in a thriving social environment.
As it is, Stark Industries consissts of 3 competetive raiding teams when Team 1 is leading the progression of the guild in terms of progression.

Team 1 is currently recruiting exceptional players playing ALL classes and roles to our raiding roster and join us in further progression in Mythic Blackrock Foundry and future raid instances
About us :
Stark Industries has been raiding for quite a few years while we established a stable raiding team (Team 1) with stable raiding progression durring Siege of Orgrimar, while achieveing Cutting Edge 25 - Garrosh HC, we continue to persue our goals in Warlords of Draenor aswell, aiming to clear current content as smooth and as fast as possible while maintaining a relaxed, friendly, semi - hardcore raiding atmosphere.
Team 1 is a very closed and friendly team, with raiders that played together for years, with exceptional active social networking and extreamly relaxed raiding atmosphere and frequent joking, but also very serious when required to achieve further progression. You will not be yelled at when doing mistakes, but we do have high acountability and therafore we expect you to play on your top level to help achieve further progression in current content as smooth as possible.
That being said we do not tolerate raging, blaming, naming or shaming over our Team Speak or any misbehaviour during raid times or durring the day twoards other guild and team members.

What we expect from YOU :
--Reliability and Activity : We expect every player to be able to provide 100% raiding attendence in according to our raiding schedule, that being said we are aware that Real Life can get in the way quite often and interfere with one's raiding experience, we also expect you to be able to keep us up to date if you are about to miss or not attend a raid or few.
--Knowledge and Skill : We expect every player in our team to be able to take their class to the highest level possible, with maximum class knowledge and cappability, and always try to maximize their game and performence. Obviously this means the ability to play Off-Specs aswell.
--Raiding Awareness : We expect every player in our team to able to be and stand in the right place in the right time, we expect one to be able to avoid unnessecery damage from avoidable mechanics, i.e. FIRE. We expect you to be able to react quickly according to the encounter's mechanics and push high Survivability rating.
--Raid Preparedness : We expect every player in our team to attend raids after they have educated themselves in upcomming progression encounters we are about to attempt, that also means attending raid with maximum quality, up to date and relevant enchants and gems.
--Respect and Behaviour : We expect every player in our team to show respect to other team members, that includes propper, mature behaviour and excludes raging, hostility and any kind of immatureness
--Communication: We REQUIRE each and every player in our team to access our Team Speak server, and have fluent level of understanding of English, we don't expect you to be super social, but just know we can be quite chatty . That being said, our Team Speak server serves 3 raiding teams and alot of socials, we do expect you to behave accordingly and leave unnessecery chatter durring raid times to the people assigned to call out things.

Wednesday 7:15pm -10:00pm
Thursday 7:15pm - 10:00pm
Monday 7:15pm - 10:00pm
If you are looking for a slightly more casual enviroment that raids for fun and aims to clear as much content as possible on its own pace you are welcome to apply.
