hi.. what spec should i use for progression with tallents?

MM because single target damage on priority targets is better than aoe padding

With a strong, determined group, things die way to fast to really benefit from beast cleave dps wise. Usually a barrage is all you have time for before a clump of adds gets destroyed. so MM.

For progression though, MM all the way, no questions asked.
