It's a bit original and unorthodox but boiled eggs and toast can be served with bacon. Just kidding, no it can't.
No need for boring bran muffins and doughnuts. Try pizza, Eggs Benedict, or crepes if you have time to piss around. I like heavy food like leftover dinner if I know lunch will be delayed. I had chocolate bars, chips, and ice cream for breakfast when I first moved out - because I could!
Try toast with pate, scones with (lemon) custard or wine jelly (ice wine is epic). Spring rolls, fruit with honey whisked yogurt, brioche french toast stuffed with nutella/jam/rum sauteed fruit, quiche lorraine, monte cristos, almond cream filled croissants and fruit/cheese danishes are great too. Chili with cheese and jalapeno nachos, nachos with hot crab dip, pumpernickel with spinach dip, smoked salmon with eggs scrambled with creme fresh or on a bagel with brie is good. Empanadas, wraps, pot stickers or chinese rice porridge (congie) is awesome. Top it all off with biscotti with espresso, tiramisu or homemade chocolate dipped marzipan!

I like making a breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, and cheddar between an english muffin.
Lots of sugar! It keeps me fat and stupid :-P
Bacon and sausage stottie.
Doesn't get any better.
Yogurt + banana (can also add dried cranberries, nuts)
Smoothie
Cheese + apple + bacon
Apple + nut butter
Omelet
-Scrambled eggs seasoned with black pepper
-Sage breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled (optional: cook with diced onion and minced garlic)
-Hash rounds, pre-baked
-Shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp, your preference)
-Country gravy
Combine all ingredients and wrap in large flour tortillas, serve immediately.
Coffee Cake
Dough
2 cups Bisquick
2⁄3 cup water or 2⁄3 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
Topping
1⁄3 cup Bisquick
1⁄3 cup brown sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a deep pie plate, 8"x8" square pan, or 9"x9" square pan.
Mix dough ingredients and put in baking dish.
Mix topping ingredients with a fork or pastry mixer until crumbly.
Spread topping mix over dough and drag a butter knife across like you were making a tic-tac-toe board several times.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Just chop some random vegetables in big chunks, cook them in the eggs. Melt some cheese on some toast, put egg stuffs on all of it. Spinach, onions, tomatoes work really well. Avocados are awesome for breakfast.
While you live, shine / Have no grief at all / Life exists only for a short while / And time demands its toll.
Always a ''Actimell'' (somekind of good for your guts yogurt thingy) i had a easy time getting an upset stomach and since i started using those i never had an issue.
As for what i complement it with depends...
Toast with loads of butter and some ''Billinge'' Cheese.
Vanilla / pear tasting Yogurth.
Hard bread with butter, sausage and ketchup.
Kellogs Kornflakes.
And some other that i find hard to translate into English.
Also don't skipp breakfast, its like really important, but don't go owerboard with it like a the britts do. they need to learn that it is ''breakfast'' not ''early morning lunch / dinner''
