Lets face it. Heroic and Mythic raiding take players who can participate on a steady basis. Don't play from laptops that are constantly overheating their graphics card during high pixel usage fights. Don't think that sexting their girlfriend during an important pull is more important than performing their chosen role to it's utmost. Don't think that gearing their character only takes place on raid night.
