Do you play WoW on the same computer that has any of the Activision testing tools that you use? Perhaps the Warden program detected that you had another "intrusive" program running in memory (ex: a testing automation tool) and that's why you got banned.

Same thing happened to a friend of mine a couple years ago. She had get a hold of a GM via email and it was all sorted out very quickly.
