As a Nelf, I cant find the exact rating to go Haste Gem / Enchants in the BiS (Heroic Version) list. At what rating (not %) of mastery should I start going haste?

There is no point of mastery where u switch to haste. U gem/enchtant mastery if u play arcane and dont have 4pc+classtrinket+PoF. If u have 4pc+classtrinket+PoF then u switch to UM and gem/enchant haste. Nothing more, nothing less

You want to make sure you have about 40 percent haste at all times. If you can't reach it with gear, try enchanting a few pieces or gemming a few slots for it.

You're never getting to 40% haste. I'm sat at 2,164 haste which is just over 30% buffed, and that is considered a lot in comparison to BiS.
You need over 3,000 to hit that percentage
To the OP: Haste priority rises as you pick up 2pc/4pc. Around 1,300 with 2pc and full blown Haste with 4pc.Last edited by Zelendria; 2015-09-10 at 11:21 AM.

Simply put, when you have 4-set. SIM for exact numbers.
