In their defence, its honestly also something they have a point about. Remote villages up north aren't good environments for integration into society whatsoever, there are numerous issues with dropping dozens of people off in villages with population counts below 150, but at the same time its an option being used by the migration department because we also have a severe lack of housing going on in bigger towns and cities.

Usually immigrants integrate much better in small towns. It's unlikely to see gangs forming for example.
