Actually that's exactly what is being said. The whole reason for the Dublin agreement was to stop this exact shit from happening. They stop being a refugee once they have been given asylum anywhere. These people aren't seeking asylum anymore, they clearly have no intent on going back, they want a new place to live and whether you like it or not, they should not be allowed free passage all over Europe to get asylum in a different country of their choosing. It does not/should not work that way. Thus...you know..laws. Which they are/should be subject to.

It kind of does, they're not eligible to apply for asylum, according to the rules, in any country but the first country they arrived in. If they're denied there, they should leave EU. If they skip applying there and move on, then they're illegally moving through the countries, which makes them criminals.

I can get wanting to go to Norway... but why Finland? O.o This is the first time I've heard someone say they'd prefer Finland over Sweden.

I'd bet they're Iraqis. Finns are dumb in enough to grant asylums to them lot easier than Swedes, otherwise they'd indeed stay in Sweden. If EU plans on surviving this invasion, the Australian method needs to be put in the play. Else we just end up getting these cunts that run away from "danger", yet it seemed to be just fine to leave their wifes and kids behind. (recent newspaper story about some iraqi who had decided to go start a new life, paid 8k for the trip and left his wife and 5 kids behind, youngest being 13 days old, some great daddy for ya) In short, very minor amount of these ppl coming in are actually real refugees, most are just looking to get maintenance for the rest of their life without doing fk all. (unemployment rate of 80-90% for the top3 arriving nationalities in finland)
