If you gave a 14 year old girl 500 million dollars

and told them to make a disaster movie, you would get San Andreas starring Dwayne Johnson as himself as The Rock.

What a tortuous experience on the way to LA.

I'm thinking about watching Mad Max on the plane, knowing it will probably ruin my desire to watch it regularly with nudity, swear words, and gore.

    Should I do it?

Should I watch Mad Max:American Airlines?

Also, what is your opinion on censoring airline movies so heavily?

i don;t think a 14 yr old girl would cast dwayne johnson. more likely to have beiber or someother teenage idol as the lead

I once had a VHS copy of Robocop that I'd recorded on ITV.

I've never seen such an odd juxtaposition of splat-gore violence, coupled with removal of the word "asshole" (they'd replaced it with "airhead").

"You just freaked with the wrong guy!"

"You're out of your freaking mind!"

And they even replaced Scumbag with Crumb-bag. That doesn't even make any fucking sense!

More fool you for expecting it to be anything more than a popcorn movie.

Welcum to China where we censor almost exclusively everything!

Title of this thread is completely irrelevant. Watch San Andreas... it can't be any worse than viewing it at any other time.

Yes, I'm quite sure doing such would result in a disaster of a movie.

Mad max wasn't that great really, i don't find it did the old ones justice personally it was to PG-13 for an apocalyptic world but that's hollywood for you. Re-making movies into more viewer friendly versions.

I also find the whole story to be rather mild, anyhow there's a subsection to complain and praise about movies so this is in the wrong section.

We have a Movies/Books/TV/Music subforum you can post in. There is likely already a thread about the movie San Andreas in it.

    Closing.
