I would make it turn other ways than just left like in NASCAR, more turns equals better race.

I would make race that look like myself(human), and I wouldn't rule them, I would just be looking at them and see if they develop or kill themselves.
Or better answer:

Everybody would be human like now exception would give some 4 arms and some 6. I would rule in absolute if you did something to harm or distress another person I would have that person start on fire and cook until they evaporated. Oh and I would do this out of reach of my creations.

Depends on the kind of god. Am I omnipotent? Currently I'm in a bad mood, so I'd just flick you all out of existence. Am I just super powerful but there is some bullshit mcguffin somewhere that could still hurt me? I'd lay low and amass power.
