(so 120) and im 9 through helping my 9th person (he logged, we will finishg tomorow)

I've used quite a few stimpacks but not for quite a while. I just play alot, I reached 5000 games played yesterday.

gazlowe and illidan are no longer my faves (but i havent really played the game hardcore since alpha/beta, so they are still ontop... sadly i dont have any friends who like to play it, my 2 friends who i spend most of my time with, 1 has horrid internet, other hates pvp so... we just end up in AI and he still rages when he dies)

Warmaster Chen's first skin color with a green Nimbus Cloud, pure awesomeness!

Might be the first hero for whom I get two non-basic skins. Why do the fat boys all look so good: Chen, Stitches, Azmo and ETC all have several great skins...

Warmaster Chen is my most favourite skin in the game, and I own... well, shitloads. It's 100% certifiable badassery. I run it with the white tint and the white Horde Frostwolf.

Anyway, today I cracked my first 400k healing done. I was Auriel and the match went for 46 minutes. It was gruelling, but we pulled through at the end and I snagged MVP with 6 votes. Hugely satisfying.

Not much going on in TL and HL (win some, lose some, slowly climbing ...)
But did get 2 chars to 20 - both tanks...

After only playing hero league with a friend (previous seasons), who was not that great which got us stuck in silver while my QM MMR had been 2500ish on hotslog for ages, I finally started to play again. 8W-2L during my placements which got me gold 4 and after that 7W-1L which got me to gold 2 at the moment. Seeing if I can reach platinum before the season ends.

Edit: 19W-3L after placement matches (so 27W-5L in total) and I am now a proud member of the platinum rank

Got Valeera to level 5 and managed to win a couple of QM games on her. IDK how, though. She's not really my favorite.

Then bought Lucio and he's almost there to level 5. Currently practicing him in VS AI but enjoying him. His talents are interesting.

Since its not possible to queue as a duo in HL, and also wont be possible in upcoming one, as for the 'serious' mode, TL is the only option for me and my wife.
Thing is, I heard TL was horrible for duos; 10 mins+ wait times, getting stomped by 5 man teams etc.

Anyway, over the weekend we deiced to give it a shot and at least complete the placements before the season ends.

It actually went... great! We went 8-2 and got placed in Plat.

Wait times were like 5-8 mins, we were always 3+2 vs 3+2.
The quality of games was really good, MUCH BETTER than HL we played when it was possible to queue as duo.
I mean, the communication in the team was ok in some games, really good in others. No trolls, no afk'ers etc.

So we decided to play TL in next season, maybe we can reach diamond.

I REALLY recommend you to try TL if you play with friends, its actually great!

After my long seista barely played in season 2, now near the end in season 3 got ranked gold 1 very close to plat in team league, here's hoping i can push both into high plat next season.


Still find it a bit odd to see high ranked players with only a few hundred games played.

It's good that you enjoyed. I feel you may have been lucky because of more players wanting to tryhard at end of season. I do agree that TL is better with the 3+2 rule even at low ranks.

As for the issue with duos, 2 man group do have longer queues, but this is sorted by asking for 1 random from the chat channels. The queues are much shorter this way. (2-3 minutes).

Anyway, I got Lucio to level 5 but it's been tough going in QM (I am 2-6 on him) with lots of wonky comps. (Abathur with no other specialist or frontline, or up against double spec split push comps)

Really lost my shit last night in QM. Played 9 games, won only 1 (that too in a comp that had ChoGall, Zarya (me) Stitches - cant remember 5th. Spoiled my +50% win rate in QM for the season in the last session for the season. (29-36 in season 3)

So many games where players just refused to stay together while enemy team deathballed us all day.

Anyway. Looking forward to Probius patch tonight if I have the stamina to play.
