ASUS Monitor/Video Card breaking?

Hi all,

My ASUS monitor was working fine last night in it's "Game Mode". This morning when I woke the computer up, it was still in "Game Mode" but now the "Game Mode" tinted everything yellow and has blown out the contrast with white. (Making anything on the screen nearly unreadable because of the color changes and blown out contrast)

I tried resetting all the modes via display controls, I unplugged and dusted off the wire, and its still broken.

Is this a video card issue? Or a Monitor issue?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I was wanting to purchase a new computer, but not this fast! lol

can you hook it up to any other screen? then you can figure out which it is

I was switching the cord to an older monitor and it was unable to detect the cord. So I put the cord back in to my main monitor, and it for some reason fixed itself. Even though I unplugged it and dusted things off before submitting the thread.
