<Duress> on Illidan (Horde) is recruiting for Mythic raiding. We have just completed 13/13 H and are looking to move into Mythic raiding as soon as possible. We are looking for experienced tanks, healers, and all exceptional players. There's a very humorous and laid back guild atmosphere while still not wasting time getting bosses down. Variety of ages in the guild, but lots of adult discussions. We expect you to be prepared with proper mats, understand your spec, be on time, and listen to constructive criticism. Issues will be called out and dealt with as they happen, but everyone gets put on the spot, and it's nothing personal.

Raid times:

Tuesday: 7:30 - 11 server
Wednesday: 7:30 - 11 server
Thursday: 7:30 - 11 server

Most in demand classes:

Any tank class
Resto shaman
MW monk
DPS DK
Holy priest

Disc priest and Holy pally spots taken. All exceptional players still apply.

Loot:

We use RC Loot Council and give out gear via council. Attendance, attitude, and biggest upgrade are factors into who gets what.

Trial period:

After 3 raid days attended we will evaluate you and see if you should be promoted to Raider (which has loot priority over trial). Most will be upgraded, rarely are there issues.
