Enabling / Disabling Addon with 1 macro

Currently I use the following Macro to swap Spec and Item Sets with one button Click, but i want to add another line that either Enables or Disables the Healbot addon because i don't need it on when i'm in Retribution Spec. Any Ideas?

/equipset [spec:1] Holy; Ret
/usetalents [spec:1] 2; [spec:2] 1

Many addons provide dual profile.
That means the addon automatically changes the profile when you change your spec.
That could be interesting if you want smaller frames while playing ret.
