Arms sims for higher Single Target. Is simcraft up to date?

Is simcraft up to date? I just simmed my character for a Patchwerk fight of 450sec and it's telling me Arms and Fury are basically even for me. There's a ~28dps difference in favor of Arms, which I'm attributing to margins of error. I had thought Fury was better on strictly single target fights. Is that not the case? I have this version of simcraft, which says it's up to date on the website, but I'm still confused at the result:
