Kill Loot Repeat is a long running Alliance raiding guild on the well populated Sylvanas-EU realm.

Schedule:

4 nights a week from Monday to Thursday inclusive. We raid from 19:30 – 00:00 game time but invites go out at 19:15 for trash clear.

During the launch of new raid tiers or new expansions, we will be adding 1-2 days to our raid schedule in the first few resets to get a head start!

After progress, we run boost runs (from which you take a cut of the gold) and alt runs. The latter is so we have geared alts for split runs and you should be willing to have an alt of the same role (doesn't have to be a different class) for this purpose. You are not expected to gear it outside scheduled raid hours.

Requirements:

English is the language used in this guild in chat and on Mumble. You must have the latest version of Mumble installed as voice comms are mandatory during raids.
Working microphone, we expect you to be able to use this when it is necessary.
You must be able to maintain at least 90% attendance.
You will keep your PTR up-to-date for any boss testing that falls in our scheduled raid hours.
A stable connection and a computer.
Have enough gold to fund raid nights and cover the consumables you need in order to raid.
We expect everyone to actively read/listen and ideally participate on our forums as well as meetings we hold on Mumble.
Knowledge of your class and role is a must, and knowledge of the content we raid is essential, whether it is farm already or progress.
Be patient and have a good sense of humour.
Most importantly, be able to take criticism. If you die or cause issues and it is brought up, it isn't to name and shame you, its to get better individually and as a team, if something is a problem for you chances are it might be for a few and we can make adjustments.
