Overhyped BS if you ask me.
Are you sure you are looking at right time? It depends on place. In finland it's going to be red in about 11minutes for example. It's already like 80% shadow now.

    Superclouds rather than a supermoon.

Looks pretty good in Oulu. Just 2 more minutes and it's completely red.

Well it looks cool but it's definitely not big or red, just grey and normal sized.

What I can see now is most of it is covered in shadow with the bottom faintly illuminated.

You need to check time. Finland is much more to east so you should have it in about 2h http://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/in/uk/london has some information
Hmm Weird. It does say you should have it right now. Well don't know why it's different. It's pretty red here. Unfortunately my camera sucks and cant take proper pictures without objective

Just got done watching it. Not very impressive. I'm more hyped about the announcement that they found liquid water on Mars (this is the rumored news anyway).

Well it says the max view is in 20 mins, so I'll check back then I guess.

That being said the other side of the sky in the east is red.

I took a glimpse, I was not impressed. It's cloudy my glasses are fked up and the Supermoon seems farther away than the regular full moon here >.<

20 Minutes later, still not any bigger or redder, just darker I can hardly see it anymore. Looking at the street lights though it looks like there might be some fog ruining my view.

Was very cloudy at the time of me writing that post here where I live, but I did manage to see it for around 15-20 minutes or so during the full eclipse without much clouds, so howling at the blood moon done.

Meh, so many layers of cloudcover, did not see a thing :/

I't looked like a giant orange, much disappoint.

So clouds blocked most of the event, but while editing what few pics I did get, I found the "pretend you're on drugs" effect filter. Not that I'd ever...um...hey kids, cool pic huh?

In fact, that used to be the definition of a month.

Yeah, and the next supermoon eclipse will take place in 2033. So, you know, rare.

woke up at 5am, got a drink, mummbled somthing like "that it ?" Went back to sleep for an hour.

This is the scene at about 7am, still nothing spectacular.

Thought the moon was supposed to be bigger than normal, seems to be it's usual size.

So much for a supermoon when it can still be blocked by an average cloud, I wonder what its super power is?
