anyone else looking forward to watching it, when its released in couple of days? (sep 30 for first 3 episodes)

List of guest stars is staggering and speaks well to good will Alan Tyduk and Nathan Fillion have in sci-fi acting community. not to mention with fans, given how quickly and amazingly well it got funded.

They are great actors

description at the link states it but basically - what "The guild" is to MMO's, Con Man is to convention goers.

its very Galaxy questish, minus the whole actual aliens and saving the world subplot.

on Will Wheaton - not personally a fan, but... like it or not, he IS a part of this culture, so...

well - yeah its just ... they have people there from Battlestar Galactica, Stargate, almost entire original cast of firefly, Star Trek actors, and the list just goes on.
