[Help] Target of my target (Friendly->Ennemy)

When I target an Enemy target, I want to cast Elemental Blast to him.
When I target a friendly target, I want my Elemental Blast to be cast at his target (target of target).

What is the correct macro for that?

(I'm a healer and I raid, sometimes I click on a friendly player, and I have to click back on the boss to cast my Elemental Blast),I would prefer to not have to do that, so I can stay on my friendly target and still hit the boss with my Elemental Blast)

Attempts to cast at a hostile target first if not hostile the target target if thats not hostile either (e.g. no tarrget selected or clicked another healer with friendly target) Boss1.
