Resto Spirit Values?

So I'm trying to find out how much spirit is needed to regain a certain amount of mana for testing different trinket combinations. I can't seem to find spirit weights or values, maybe I'm just overlooking it and it's right under my noggin but is there some sort of formula to work it out?

1 spirit gives you a bit over 0.41 mana per second (the exact number has more digits but I forgot) in combat.

1 point of spirit = 2.061 mp5 in combat, at lvl 100... which is 0.4122 mana per sec.

Also keep in mind when looking at "Your mana regen in combat" as displayed on your character sheet, that includes your base combat regen (which is 3200 mp5 at lvl 100)
