ITT: People who are too lazy or not good enough at organizing and leading groups bash others who form said groups and set their own requirements and terms.
The fact of the matter is, people who complain about ilvl requirements for any content whatsoever are obviously not good enough to even form their own raids - then they project their own shortcomings onto others, of which are at least capable of forming and leading raids.
Who cares if the raid leader is looking for a carry as long as it gets the job done? Oh right, the people who are sour grapes, whinging in the corner because they don't have the drive and motivation to do the same. Just some specimens trying to place themselves on a higher pedestal.

his story is quite striaght - its pretty much clear what happened - raid booted a druid pushing 80th percentile in favor of someone pushing much lower percentile but higher numbers cause 4 set/trinkets - its very comon nowadays people simply dont realize how strong current 4 set and trinkets are - but that blizzard fault for making baleful trinkets utter shit (when 670 brf normal trinkets are stronger then 695 baleful something is clearly wrong)
QQers here dont understand that being 700 ilvl doesnt mean that EVERY SLOT IS 700+. Could be mostly 695 + leg ring to pull that up to 700+ no problem at which normal drops will still upgrade those 695s.
People bitching most likely have put no effort into their gear to get to a minimum 695 and just want to get carried to get loot. The point of being accepted into a raid isnt who can use the most drops, but who can carry the group the best for higher chance of success and very likely that many can still use drops.
If you can fill up a raid with 700+, why would you make yourself worse off?

Most likely because someone paid the group to boost them, and they don't wish to tell the ones the pug that they have to babysit, just get better geared people.
Heck, even for Hellfire Citadel Normal, there are some insane demands. The record I've seen was, "must have 700 ilvl, curve, and legendary ring"
FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..
You get 700 ilvl from pvp gear alone (yes this means you'd have to win some quick arenas..) - within 4 hours now you can literally hit 700 ilvl from a fresh 100. So being that everyone also has the legendary ring.. That puts you at least to 702.. That's not even including the weekly boss dropping warforged normal (711) items.. So basically if youre not around 703-705 just from sitting around like my bitchass all day, you're not even playing wow.
Gearing a new alt is not difficult. My mage has less than 24 hours played at 100 and hit 695 yesterday. Has no issues getting in to any normal run so I'm really not sure where that drama is coming from.
Get a couple empowered apexis, a bit of crafted gear and then run into normal. If you put in any effort you can get the leg ring in like 2 months. ???? . Profit.
Hard game is not hard, don't expect shit to be given to you or you'll have a bad time
