Will this Puppy do for the Sims 4?

My current laptop that I struggle to play on is dying on me, I don't want to buy another laptop but would rather build a PC that I can slowly upgrade.

So I checked out the recent set ups and I have a very limited budget, and the Puppy is within that budget. I would love to play on ultra and I have about 6GB of custom content but that's gonna get to around 20GB.. or more, god knows I am completely addicted/a CC hoarder. Anyway, will this machine be able to do the job? I appreciate any input, thanks!
