[Twisting Nether] <Bad Tiger> LFM players for Mythic (range dps)
"Bad Tiger" is a recently formed Mythic oriented Horde guild on Twisting Nether. We're now recruiting more reliable players to finish off our roster for myhtic. So our goal here is plain and simple: build a competent team, that is able to clear Mythic content while it's still relevant. We want to build a stable community, where people fit each other on a personal level as we believe that it makes a huge difference when it comes to dealing with inevitable pressure the guild is going to face progressing through raids. We're all 20+ and would prefer applicants to be as well, but it's not a set requirement.
Mimimum ilvl required is 705 at this point (preferably about 710). All though we're ready to consider exceptional cases.
Our raid days:
Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00 server time
Thursday 20:00 - 23:00 server time
Sunday 20:00 - 23:00 server time
What we are looking for:
- Reliance. Have a stable internet connection/raid attendance.
- Language. Be somewhat fluent in English. It doesn't have to be excellent, you just have to be able to express your thoughts coherently.
- Maturity. Be able to take constructive criticism without being too defensive as well as to take easy whatever people're talking about in raids. Sometimes innapropriate topics and jokes take place and if you see much offense in those, you might want to consider looking for something more fitting.
- Commitment. ...To the game and your class in particular. You're expected not to be the very best at your class, but to be aware that you're not one and be willing to do research on it and improve at all times.
- Attitude. Your performance should not be dependant on "that trinket" or "pair of shiny boots" you can get from a "last boss". "My class is bad" and "My item level is too low" won't work either. Every class has its own limit at any item level point and the closer you get to that limit the better your performance will be.
- Communication. Be vocal, your ability to communicate with other players is crucial to the progression.

- Balance/Feral Druid (preferably with a tanking offspec)

- DK (preferably with a tanking offspec)
