Labor:
- At least 20 days per year of guaranteed paid vacation time for all workers.
- At least 10 paid sick days per year. Employers may require a doctor's note if 2 or more days in a row, or 5 or more days total, are used.
- All employers must allow at least 1 full day off per week.
- Raise the minimum wage to a level where someone working full time can afford all the basic necessities without public assistance, and index it to inflation every year.
- Employees must be paid 1.5x the usual wage if ordered to work on a holiday.
- Increase the overtime exemption threshold to what the 60th percentile of salaried workers would make, and index it to inflation every year.

Crime and justice:
- Eliminate mandatory minimum sentencing for persons convicted of minor drug crimes, and focus on education and rehabilitation.
- Require all fines be based on the offender's income and ability to pay. That is, if a rich person and a poor person commit the same offense, the rich person would be fined much more money than the poor person.
- Greatly increase the punishment for certain white collar crimes, when such crimes cause grave harm to society or to the economy.
- Greatly increase the punishment for willful safety violations, when such violations endanger and/or harm workers or the public as a whole.
- Death penalty for willful child abuse, when such abuse directly causes the death of said child.

Taxes:
- Add new, higher income tax brackets for people making $1M, $3M, $10M, $30M, and $100M respectively.

Immigration:
- Allow work visas to be issued, but with a catch: Foreign workers have to be given roughly the same pay and benefits as what an American would get.

Healthcare:
- Legalize marijuana for medical purposes.
- Allow Medicare to negotiate on prescription medication costs.
- If a drug company wants to significantly increase the price of a drug it offers, they would be required to explain and justify the price increase, supporting it with real facts and data.

Guns:
- Require background checks for ALL gun sales and transferals of ownership. No "gun show loophole".
- Do NOT reinstate the assault weapons ban. If you actually look at the rules of the former AWB, they do next to nothing to actually improve safety; they are pretty much arbitrary.

Cyber-security:
- All companies that handle sensitive information would be legally required to keep their systems up to date, and to adhere to proper security practices. Companies that fail to do so would face substantial fines and other penalties. Companies would be subject to random cyber-security audits to ensure compliance.
- For mobile operating systems, if the release of security updates to devices is controlled by a middleman (Such as AT&T) rather than the developer (Such as Google or Microsoft), the middleman would be legally required to deploy the security updates in a timely manner. Manufacturers (Such as LG, HTC, or Samsung) must deploy within two weeks, and carriers (Such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile) must deploy within three days. Extensions may be requested, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Other:
- Mandatory binding arbitration clauses in contracts would be absolutely forbidden.

1. Revamp the justice system in order of priority. Violent crime then impact of crime would be weighted, meaning violence and massive greed.
2. Eradicate Homelessness by providing basic food and shelter for everybody farmed off land worked by criminals.
