    Really depends on the zombie. Forsaken? Certainly. Scourge mindless ghoul/Magic-based necromancy? I won't say they should have the same rights as dead people because they are a direct threat to humans, and must be exterminated.
    Virus - based zombies is different in the sense that there might be a cure, but unless it's possible, well.. EXTERMINATE
