I have no idea what they're wearing underneath but when I went to school which wasn't that long ago most girls who wore skirts didn't wear gym shorts just knickers. The uniform of the girls in the school near my house consists of a blazer over a white shirt with a tie and a black skirt and socks with smart shoes. So there's a lot of room to catch a glimpse of whatever it is you're hoping to see if you were opportunistic enough.
