Should i as destruction using sac/cr not go over 2.5 embers or 3.5 and shoud i use all embers while damage increasing procs ?

Try and stick around 3-3.5 embers and dump those during damage increasing effects. Obviously, still cast a CB if you hit a high number of embers to keep generating.

Yeah generally (!) speaking dump all your embers on CBs if you got a trinket running, it takes like 0,7 seconds to get 3-4 embers again if using CR.
