<Windburst> is a semi-hardcore progression guild on Caelestrasz/Nagrand. We’re currently recruiting for Mythic Emerald Nightmare. Our aim is to progress through Mythic raids as one of the top guilds on realm, while maintaining a friendly and fun atmosphere. We completed 13/13M HFC in January this year and finished realm third. This expansion and tier we hope to improve on that and complete EN and NH competitively.

Current Guild Progression
Emerald Nightmare - 7/7N 7/7H 5/7M

Raiding
During progression we raid three nights a week: Wednesday, Sunday, and Monday 7.30-10.30pm server time (AEST). Occasionally there will be an additional non-required run for alts, extra clearing, carries, or just spending extra time learning mechanics for those keen. Upon release of a new raid tier there will be an optional extra night, usually on a Thursday. During farm we usually only raid one night a week, normally on a Wednesday.

Expectations
As a raider we expect you to be able to attend the majority of raids - 80% attendance at the minimum and to let us know in advance if you aren’t able to make it. We expect you to zone in having already researched whatever boss we're in in-depth, including any class or role specific tips and tricks. During a fight we expect you to easily gain a good grasp on boss mechanics and have the ability to execute our chosen strategy while avoiding damage. Perform your role at a high level within reason (gear level, class balance, fight movement, etc.) and always be willing to proactively improve your knowledge and skills through both practice and analysis/research.

Bump for Tyrant kill. Looking for good ranged DPS and a DK for Mannoroth progression (currently getting to 20% on Xhul with another two full nights on it this week)

Bump for Mannoroth kill. Still looking for all good DPS, especially a DK, to finish off this tier and go into Legion strong!

Bump for Archimonde kill. Looking to recruit a healer with a competent offspec (will be playing most of the time during farm), a good tank of any class except warrior (ideally DK), and any DPS class/spec for HFC farm and going into Legion

Now looking for a tank of any class ahead of Legion. Ideally would be able to trial during HFC so would prefer someone that has current mythic exp and gear.
