<Phrasing> is a Semi-Hardcore Progression guild which has a strong social environment amongst raiders.
We are seeking to recruit around 5 - 8 DPS and Healers in order to ensure that Mythic content becomes more frequent.

We raid three nights a week: Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday, from 9 P.M. to 12 P.M. server time.

What we can offer:
We offer a friendly, progression orientated environment throughout our raid days.
A fair method of loot distribution via a loot council system where attendence, item level and performance are all factors in which council members will consider)
'Free' guild repairs (Discussed later)
'Free' Enchants, Gems and Flasks

What we expect:
We expect you to have a good knowledge of your class, which you can show us in a practical sense.
We expect you to be an active member of our small community
We expect you to attend to raid as often as possible.
We expect that if you are not able to turn up to a raid, for a good reason only, that you make officers aware of your absence.

'Free' repairs and enchants
In order to offer this feature to raiders we insist that Personal BoE's that drop are sold in order to keep the guild banks supplys healthy.
The gold from this goes towards all manner of raiding items including repairs.
Whilst we are aware that this can be considered unfair, we believe that using our own personal money is also unfair to provide others with repairs.
If a BOE is needed as an upgrade for someone within the guild, we offer them the chance to purchase the item for half the normal sell price on the auction house.
