[US][A] Sargeras <Hollow Crown> (13/13N 8/13H) Looking for DPS!

Hollow Crown is a Sargeras, Alliance-based guild with a core of MMO veterans looking for players that appreciate personal responsibility and efficiency, all while having a fun time working on our progression. We are a group of college-aged adults with the goal to make steady and notable progress through content while raiding two nights per week. If you’re the kind of player that can handle their own job, put up good numbers, and not waste time between pulls, then we would love to have you along. Please see below for what we are currently seeking!
Our Raiding Schedule:
We only raid two nights a week, but on very rare occasions we may opt for a third night to continue progress. We expect a minimum of 80% raid attendance, but life happens sometimes and we will of course take that into consideration. If you know for sure that you're going to miss a night we expect you to make a quick post in our forums letting us know so that we can plan ahead. Our raid nights are as follows:
Tuesday 8:30pm-12:30am Central Standard Time.
Thursday 8:30pm-12:30am Central Standard Time.
What You Can Expect From a Trial Period
We try and make our trial process very simple for anyone looking to try out. All trials will last at a minimum of 2 weeks (4 total raid nights). Trial members are eligible to receive any gear (however, tier piece and weapons are subject to Raid Leader discretion for full raid members). If you happen to be applying from cross-server, we do not expect you to swap servers immediately. However, if you are offered a raid slot, you will be expected to transfer to Sargeras to be in the guild itself.
While on trial we will be observing you in order to answer the following:
1) How well do you know your class? Specialization? Role?
2) How well do you know the raid encounters? Can you stay out of the bad stuff?
3) Are you able to quickly and accurately follow instructions of your raid leaders?
4) How well do you cooperate and communicate with your raid team?
5) Are you someone that is apt to learn and work to improve themselves as well as the raid team?
While we are reviewing you for many things, this is not meant to discourage you. We do not expect perfection, but we do expect you to hold yourself accountable and be willing to learn and advance as a member of a team. And perhaps most importantly (and not listed), have fun with us.
