In the realm of things hypothetical, what is the possibility of a feasible design for a piece of equipment usable by smaller cetaceans that would make movement on land possible albeit limited? While the idea of designing equipment capable of supporting and moving a cetacean like a bottlenose dolphin seems really reasonable, but how could a cetacean control it, how could the machine moisture the rubbery skin of porpoises or even how a dolphin would be able to equip it and unequip it?

Their brains are developed for living in a 3-dimensional movement space, and to interact with what exists there. Even if you could somehow make their senses equally effective on land, and that's a big if, I still don't think they'd be particularly effective or even happy on land.
And even if everything was working out... Why would you? Far more habitat in the oceans.

Probably possible in a few years. Nerve-controlled prosthetics are gaining momentum, and a humidifier built into the contraption would solve the dry-skin issue. Not sure how they would mount/dismount though...

Perhaps you could also design a dolphin sexual consent app as well to go along with that land suit. Wouldn't want any dolphin rape happening while they are here on land. I know firsthand just how provocative they can be.
