    According to the article you can call any target and ask to connect to line XXXX (they didn't give it out for obvious reasons) and you have control of their PA system until you hang up.

    Sounds like it's the fourth time since April. You'd think something like that would've been fixed by now.

    The woman who's video is in OP called in to my local radio station. The boy in the basket of the buggy wanted to hold the item the boy in the seat had, and started crying when he didn't get it (aka: they weren't crying over the porn).

    The station also mentioned that this recently happened in another Target about 180 miles South of the OP video.
