I never played in the old mmo era, I probably would have liked games like UO and DAOC. At least I perhaps wouldn't be such a wrathbaby and have a more hardcore view on grinds, no LFGs, no fast travels, high risks that may cause losing progress :P (well started wow end tbc and not wrath, but I do prefer lots of the comforts in todays mmos).

I'm not a fan of CoD either, but the campaigns are pretty good at least. They're by no means bad games. Go play Ride to Hell: Retribution then try and tell me with a straight face any CoD game is bad.

I guess most of the games that many people consider great I haven't played. My taste in general is pretty niche (X-series, Dwarf Fortress, Tales of Maj'Eyal etc.)

- GTA-series (except for 1 and 2), didn't like the transition to 3d. I tried to play 4 for a bit but hated it. Too much side-stuff got added to it (imho).
- CoD series, not a fan of FPS
- Uncharted 3, haven't gotten around to it yet
- The last of Us, haven't gotten around to it yet.
- Kingdom Hearts
- Planescape torment

I'm guessing Halo is my biggest "miss" since I've never owned an XBOX in my life. Other than that, Deus Ex series never really had me going..
