Hi,

I am looking for 3 days a week and any time works. Also looking for a well progressed guild as i'm not only confident in my ability to pick right up where you are, but I know I would easily be around 10/11 out of 13 for sure by now if I kept raiding.

I've made a couple other posts but nothing stuck, however now i'm fully ready to raid again starting as early as next reset. Faction or server doesn't matter.

Not much to say besides the normal self selling stuff but I'm always on time, prepared and ready to go. I've always considered myself to be dependable and exceptional at my role during raids.

Adobo Republic on US Illidan Horde currently have raid spots open for:

Ranged DPS: Boomkins, Shadow Priests, Warlocks, Mages
Melee DPS: Rogues, WW Monk or any plate DPS with tank offspec

Please note that good applications will always be considered irrespective of class. We are looking for players ready to enter mythic HFC straight away. In general, we have a stable team with a mix of good and experienced raiders but at the moment, we need a few more to complete it.

Any exceptional raider/group of people or small guild will also be considered, including people that might want to be part of our community until they gear up and raid in the future are welcome too.

About Us:
We currently have a very strong raid team and have finished 8/13 mythic HFC so far. Adobo Republic is always growing and evolving and would like to push more for progression. Our members spend time outside of raids improving their performance and researching to make raids more enjoyable for the team. We help each other to improve our own play and the overall performance. Players applying to our Guild should have the same mindset.

As a Guild we make good progression in the tiers. We are not aiming for server firsts but we do take pride in our progression and will work hard to clear the content in good time.

When we raid we need to have good focus, be prepared and have a clear idea of strategy. We like to raid with players who know their class and who come prepared to raids.

<Exiles> is an experienced raiding guild that has a long history of downing content. We have raided competitively in every tier since ICC. We finished out Mythic BRF strong with a Blast Furnace kill and a cohesive core team, we're already pushing faster progression in Mythic HFC. We aim to be one of the top 3 night a week competitive raiding guilds.

Our goals are to be successful and to down content in a competitive amount of time. We raid 12 hours per week which is far less than other more 'hardcore' guilds. We aim to make the time we spend in raid count. We have a very relaxed non-rage raiding atmosphere.

We finished last tier (17) in the top 1,000 world and top 300 US. We aim to go higher this tier and start Legion very strong.

CLASSES DESIRED:

We're most focused on the classes listed below but as always, any exceptional player is welcome to apply regardless of what is listed below.

MUST BE 715+ ilvl - have Mythic HFC experience or be a stellar player with reasoning behind lack of gear/current raid exp.

-You need to care about ranks - both for yourself and the guild. We need everyone to min-max and push their character to the limit.
-You are able to maintain near 100% attendance. We do not have back-ups for every position. Aside from emergencies, we need everyone to show up.

-You must be actually good at mechanics. We don't need raiders that have to wait for a call-out to step out of a fire wave.

<Triarii> 3/13M 13/13H Alliance Raiding Guild (Dragonblight/Fenris US)

About us: Triarii has been raiding since BC. We raid limited hours and our goal is to clear relevant content on the hardest available mode quickly and efficiently. Our history includes relevant H LK and H DW kills, as well as killing 25H Garrosh in the top 200 US. While the core of our guild is progression focused raiding, we have a friendly and active environment on off nights that includes people running old content, doing achievements, flex raids and PvP. We have kin membership for friends and family, and have allowed exceptional kin players to transition into the raid team if interested. Guildies are expected to be mature, respectful, and friendly. We've always been a low drama guild, and staying that way is of the utmost importance.

Raiding Details: During progression, our raid hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 7pm to 11pm Pacific Time. Raiders are expected to be online, in raid, and ready to pull trash by 6:50pm. We strive to not extend past our stated hours, but will do a last pull or two past 11pm a handful of times each tier. We distribute loot using EPGP (because we're the sort of guild that loves math over drama), with EP earned by raid attendance and boss strategy prep and GP given for gear and unwarned absences. Until Legion, we will be distributing loot based upon Need rolls (favoring Need before Greed). During raids we try to be efficient and focused, but aren't averse to a bit of fun, particularly as we get heavy into farm content. While we're not a raid that yells, we do hold people accountable for mistakes and all raiders are expected to be able to take directed criticism and properly execute mechanics.

What we recruit: Exceptional players who are up to date on current theorycrafting, enjoy active strategy discussions, and love to raid. You should care about logs and hate failing at mechanics. High attendance is extremely important, and we're unlikely to be interested in anyone who can't attend virtually all raids.
