I prefer it over (A). But I don't mind under that much.
In this place I lived a few years back they had a fight over it, and eventually decided to rip the hanger off the wall. So option C (have them lying around, or on top of a radiator) is not much of an issue either.

A for life. I like seeing the actual end of the toilet paper...not have it sitting BEHIND the roll that's just fucked up. I feel like I'm reaching behind the roll to grab it in position B.

Usually option B but recently the holder broke, so we are using option C where the roll sits sideways on top of the radiator.

Oh and if I ever use a toilet and the roll is option A, if I can I WILL change it to option B.

Option C because whoever put the holder in my house doesn't have any clue how to use it. It's like 2 arms lengths away. So I just put the roll on top of the tank.
