We have our first interview in a long time coming up at Blizzcon and as always, we want to let the community ask questions! This time our interview will be covering the design of Legion.

If you have any questions you think we should ask, be sure to post them here for consideration. We will pick the best questions and add them to our list!

• These should be questions about Legion, not Warlords of Draenor.
• No class specific questions please. This includes things like balance between the different healing/tank/DPS classes and specs.
• Please don't ask questions that have already been answered. There is a nice list of dev interviews on the front page.

How many new reputations are there in Legion and do they have daily quests associated with them unlike the WoD factions which were for the most part grinds?

Will dungeons remain relevant throughout the expansion's lifespan and will you add new ones with patches?

Can we get awesome mounts ingame in Legion or will the best again be locked behind a paywall while the ingame rewards are for the most part recolors?

What can we expect from professions in Legion? Will there be profession quests, ways to progress your character through your professions?

Is the Garrison feature in any way or shape coming to Legion?

Is there going to be another series of Lord of War-esque clips telling the background story of some characters in Legion or anything like that?

Do you have any plans for new Battlegrounds and Arena's in Legion?

Will we be seeing new dungeons in patches or just the 9 available at launch?

Will there ever be timewalking raids? Maybe something similar to MC only scaled down. I'd love to see something like an LFR for Naxx or Black Temple, and now that time walking is here it could easily be split into wings for the queues after scaling.

We've all heard about the Survival Hunter changes, but will any other specs be getting an overhaul to that degree? So far all we've heard about is specs getting new resources.

Question 1: Will there be plans for future new PvP game modes for World of Warcraft Battlegrounds.

Question 2: Will there be enabled more cosmetic features for the game, one of them advancement of the transmog system.

Question 3: Will there be conclusions of past events to be patched in for the game. I.e, special phasing so lvl 90's can't see Rhonin for example?

With demon hunters and survival hunters as two new melee dps specs, and no new ranged dps specs, how do you intend to balance encounters to favor a good mix of both ranged and melee dps, especially given that historically the vast majority of raid encounters have favored bringing ranged dps over melee?

In the advent of account-wide Transmog, like Diablo 3's transmog, does this include challenge mode armors? For instance, can I transmog all of my warriors in Challenge Mode armor if I've earned it on one?

My question would be since i loved the idea of scenarios;

Will scenarios have a bigger role in Legion?

Ive always thought ever since Isle of Thunder where Blizz incorporated storyline into single queue scenarios, that that was a great way to tell stories rather than killing X amount of bears or X amount of demons. Would love to see Blizz utilize scenarios more for storyline quests for a better sense of immersion.


Alternative: Absolutely loved the Treasure Vault on Isle of Thunder......any plans to bring something like back for Legion?

Mop cities had portals to Outland, Northrend and the rest of Aszeroth cites...will new Dalaran have all portals too and maybe with Ashran portal too?

Do you consider providing alternative means of advancement outside of raiding?

After adding valor and ilvl upgrades back into the game and keeping that reward outside of raid content, are you now reversing your position on removing anything that feels "forced"?

Can we expect additional incentives to run lfr/dungeon content?

Will we see long dungeons with multiple paths ever again, such as old BRD?

Zones in recent expansions felt disconnected from each other. Dungeons are also disconnected from zones. That makes world feel like several isolated areas rather than big world. Will this be improved in Legion?

Gnome hunters. Will it ever happen? If goblins can be hunters, there is no reason why gnomes can't.

Timewalking tech is really nice. Will this tech be extended to old raids? If it might happen, can you also include old raids that were removed, such as old 20 man Zul'Gurub and Zul'Aman?

Some world bosses have mounts with 1/2000 drop rate. Isn't that a bit excessive?

Do you have any plans to enforce guild activities or participation in them?

What are the changes with professions from the WoD model?

Legion will have the biggest team for professions seen so far.

Can we expect an overhaul for Archaeology, making it less dull and add bigger chunks of lore into it?

With the removal of multi strike and you guys wanting to improve the old secondary stat. Any idea how would that work? like for example crit rating also increasing critical damage.

Any plans to bring Challenge Mode to old dungeons like Wrath dungeons?

Is Wrathtion going to be around or did we just forget about him?

Flying is a real hot topic to talk about. If flying is gonna be enabled via achievement like warlords. Why not just allow it to be achieved before the first raid patch instead of baiting players a long until the last patch of the expansion like in warlords? Beta hasn't started so there's plenty of time to add it to legion so we don't have to go threw the long steps of having to fix things on the ptr.

Will new artifact skins continue to be added throughout Legion?
