For one - stop 4 healing 15 man. Most bosses are 2-3 healable with your current gear.

Turn on raw healing to see your rotation/throughput in comparison to your other healers:

The rest is having enough damage to turn that grey part of the bar into the white part of your bar.

Bribe the disc priest to afk the fights where you want to look better on the meters... pretty much.

You should probably just go shadow. You have too many healers as is, and well, holy priest is the weakest healer.
