Prot Warriors in Arena

I seem to bump into one every couple of matches now and they seem to be pretty damn strong. Are they the new fotm or is it just me?

They can work in the arena, as they do put out rather consistent damage and have good survivability. The main issue is that they lack burst, so taking down healers is quite a pain in the ass to do. Fortunately, the Shield Slam glyph (dispel) makes it slightly easier.

As for gearing, I run mostly Versatility gear, but I'm not sure if the 4-piece set for Warriors (you gain rage for taking damage) is essential for Prot. You mostly want to get Mastery and Versatility as your primary secondary stats.

It is just you, when u face prot wars in arena or any other tank it should be free win for you
