Building a system for a friend. I've seen a lot of people start to ease away from the CM Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler. What is the favored cheap air cooler now? Pure Rock? Dark Rock? CM D92?

The coolermaster 212 is till great, the Be Quiet! stuff is nicer looking and has a slightly better fan for a little more cost. Those 2 are the best budget air coolers in my opinion.
The dark rock 3 seems to be the go to air cooler these days. Seen a lot getting ordered lately.I put one in my mates pc upgrade and it's performing similarly to my old noctua dh14 at half the size.
Best one imo is now Cryorig H7 in the $30 market.
