What’s better than raiding with friends? Getting paid to play with them. <Eon> is sponsoring specific players who perform above and beyond what is expected of them. We have an innovative ranking system that will provide the best players with a large gold stipend every month, a guaranteed raid spot, and even a WoW token.
Eon is a guild that began as a reroll towards the end of September, 2015. Within our first month of existence we leveled to 100, cleared heroic Blackrock Foundry, and cleared normal Hellfire Citadel as well as going 4/13H. Our success has been predicated on our strong team-based community and the constant improvement everyone makes from attempt to attempt.
As Legion approaches, we will be perfecting our raid team and our continuing to build our community. We do this so when Legion drops, we can hit the ground running. Our goal is to become a top guild on Mal’ganis come Legion and we have no intentions of slowing down.
If what you are seeking is a place to log on three nights a week, pick up some gear and then log off, we probably are not the guild for you. If what you want is camaraderie and an online family? A group that cares more about the well-being of their fellow players and working as a team to achieve great things than personal gain? Then we may very well be the right fit for you!
Please note: We do not want fly-by-night players! We want people who are looking for a permanent home. Willing to be online, on time, prepared and ready to raid three nights a week (see times below).

EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for raiders who don't need others to hold their hands. People responsible enough to be prepared for raid. This includes knowing your class inside and out, and being able to min-max for progression.
You need to be able to commit to our schedule. We value reliability.
You are active and looking for a steady guild to call home.
You understand that for a guild to work, all members must contribute to its development and progression.
You enjoy the aspects of the game, especially progression in hard mode environments.
You are easy to get along with and know when to joke and when to be serious.

We do not tolerate elitist attitudes or negativity in this guild. We are not looking to turn this into another job, but rather to have fun raiding competitively with a laid back atmosphere. We’re here to have a good time, experience this game to its fullest, and not get bogged down with typical guild drama [translation: Don't be a jerk]. The guild management is not overly controlling, but any issues will be resolved swiftly and properly [translation: Don't make the officers have to be jerks].
The Guild provides repairs, enchants, gems, and food free of charge for raiders (for raid gear) and provides assistance with flasks. Epic and Blue BOE items are collected and sold by the Guild Bank if they are not used as main spec upgrades for raiders.
