    Gaming pc under 450£

Hi guys, I recently moved to Uk and I'm looking to buy a laptop or a desktop that can handle some light gaming like wow and league of legends, since I'm not quite sure where everyone is buying their stuff here I'm asking you for some tips. Cheers!

Hi there alexvladv, I am from the UK so I can probably help on this matter. I always prefer gaming on a desktop but what I need to know is what equipment do you already own for a desktop. Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse e.t.c?

Hey guys, thanks for the fast replies, the problem without buying a desktop is that I will need a monitor and peripherals also.

450 is kinda low if you need all the perpherals too So a laptop maybe you best bet so something like
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Toshiba-Sate...ords=laptop+i5 and pick up a cheap mouse like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Redragon%C2%...d+dragon+mouse

I do agree with Sigo £450 for everything is very low, if a desktop is something you are interested in I threw this together quick as a guide line

    http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/wwKRdC

This does not include an OS but I would buy one for around £14 OEM version from a certain site and install it via USB. Also would OC the processor slightly.

A laptop might still be the best bet for you though.

The only downside is that it has an integrated gpu. I found a dell e 6540 with an i7 4800mq and dedicated gpu, amd 8970 for 450£ still in warranty for another year and a half, I known it's a business laptop but I think it can handle wow and league, not sure if I can find a better offer.

If you don't like going to different sites here is one from my local supplier. Used these guys for over 10 years.

Do a little research on the components I have linked. I do not know your experience and whether or not you are competent at building rigs and OC them. Don't just trust me and buy, swap out some things for what you would like, case style e.t.c

Hey thanks for the tip with that website, seems to have decent prices on pretty much everything. Cant say that I never built a PC in my life but I always like to ask for other opinions, played with a few specs and ended up with this, would appreciate some feedback on it

I know it doesnt have an monitor included, I will buy a used one, found a few decent monitors at half the price in store. Cheers!

The only thing im worried about is the CPU cooler, read that some come without one.

Everything seems ok, was a little worried if the card will fit but I think it will be fine, I honestly would go for 8gb of ram at the minimum but it will run off 4gb. 128gb of storage would be too small for me personally, will fit OS + WoW and maybe 1 more game, leave atleast 10-15gb space free.

If you are concerned about the CPU cooler, just write them a mail through their website or ring them, they are super helpful.
